Airport Pick up Time:
3:00pm (If you cannot make this time you will need to arrange for your own transportation to Cooper Landing/ Seward AK)
Day 1 – Fly into Anchorage AK. Pick up time at the airport will be 3:00pm. We will take a 12-person van from the airport the Cooper Landing / Seward AK area with a quick stop to get our groceries for the week. Get settled in the cabin and maybe do a small hike that evening.
Day 2 – Today we will spend our time sea kayaking in Resurrection Bay. Departing from Lowell Point Recreation Area, we paddle south along the coastline toward the mouth of the Bay. Keep an eye out for fun loving otters, salmon-hunting eagles, and the occasional whale or elusive mountain goats. Along the way, enjoy the scenic view of Godwin Glacier on the eastern side of the bay. We land on the North Beach of Caines Head State Park, former site of the Fort McGilvray Boat Dock. Stretch out as we hike up to Fort McGilvray, where a post card perfect view overlooks Cape Resurrection. Take a load off and enjoy the view as you eat lunch, snacks, and re-hydrate! The journey continues as we head back to Lowell Point.
Day 3 – We will get to spend the morning with actual Iditarod dogs. We will get to be see a dog demonstration and training exercise, have a sled dog ride, learn about the race, meet the dogs, and maybe if we are lucky get cuddles with the next generation racing puppies. In the afternoon we will do a short hike to Exit Glacier. Hiking 3-5 miles.
Day 4 – Our 8.5 Hour Northwestern Fjord Cruise travels farther into Kenai Fjords National Park than any other cruise. Ideal for photographers, birders, and whale-watching enthusiasts, this adventure cruise explores the remote, untouched area of Northwestern Fjord in Kenai Fjords National Park. This cruise travels with a smaller group for a more intimate cruising experience, providing the best opportunity for up-close views of wildlife including humpback whales, orca whales, Steller sea lions, harbor seals, seabirds, otters, and more. The 8.5 hours spent on the water will fly by as the captain seeks out the best wildlife viewing in the area. You will spend time in front of the impressive Northwestern Glacier, an actively-calving tidewater glacier. A complimentary light breakfast and hearty deli lunch is included.
Day 5 – Today will be our driving day, don’t worry we will make several stops. We will leave Seward first thing in the morning to make the 400-mile trip inland to see Denali. We will stop by the local grocery store to get food for the next 2 day then check into our private home for our two-night stay.
Day 6 – We will spend the day hiking and exploring Denali National Park. No more than 8-10 miles of hiking. We can also do a tour deep inside Denali for a wildlife viewing. This is an additional expense ($40-75 dollars) but highly recommended.
Day 7 – We will make the drive into Anchorage and check into our Hotel. You can then spend the afternoon visiting local museums, breweries, restaurants, and shops.
Day 8 - Check out of Hotel and drive to Anchorage Airport. You will be dropped at the airport by 10:00AM (Please make sure you return flight is not prior to noon).
Price: $1,990.00 per person based on 10 attendees. Price includes Transportation once in Anchorage & Fuel, Lodging (Based on shared room), guide service, Park Entries, Sea Kayaking tour, Dog Mushing tour, and Glacier /Whale watching tour,

90 days from trip start date balance due = $1990 – minus 50% deposit = $995
A late fee of 8% will be added to any invoice that is more than 30 days late. If paying via PayPal there will be a 3% service charge
