Airport Pick up Time:
2:00pm (If you cannot make this time you will need to arrange for your own transportation to Gardiner MT)
Day 1 – Fly into Bozeman MT. Pick up time at the airport will be 2:00pm. We will take a 15-person van from the airport to Gardiner MT with a quick stop in Livingston MT to get our groceries for the week. Get settled in the cabin and maybe do a small hike that evening.
Day 2 – Spend the day exploring the parks geothermal features, we will have a couple small hikes and of course a visit to Old Faithful. Several small 3-5 miles hiking.
Day 3 – Today will be an 8-12 mile hike into one of several back-country areas of the park.
Day 4 – We will spend the day exploring the Yellowstone Grand Canyon and Lake areas of the park. Several small 3-5 miles hiking.
Day 5 – This will be our early morning day, leaving well before light to get out and spend the day looking for wolves. We will also make stops to one of the original pens sites from the 1995 wolf reintroduction and we will also visit an actual wolf den site. 3-5 miles of hiking.
Day 6 – Today we will spend the day wildlife watching with a couple small hikes. 3-7 miles of hiking
Day 7 - Check out of cabin and drive to Bozeman Airport. You will be dropped at the airport by 10:00AM (Please make sure you return flight is not prior to 11:00am).
Price: $1,390.00 per person based on 12 attendees. Price includes Transportation once in Montana & Fuel, Lodging (Based on shared room), family style breakfast and sack lunch, guide service, Park Entry, Spotting Scope, and Bear Spray.

A late fee of 8% will be added to any invoice that is more than 30 days late. If paying via PayPal there will be a 3% service charge

• All trip balances are due 90 days prior to departure date unless otherwise specified.
• Full refunds, less registration fee and costs, will be provided 90-days prior to trip date.
• 50% refunds will be provided 60-89 days prior to trip date.
• No refunds will be provided 59-days prior to trip date.
• Participants whose balances are not received by the 90-day deadline as stated above, risk forfeiture
of their place on the trip.
• All refund requests must be made in writing and be received in our office within the 90-day period,
as stated above and with less than 60 days written notice, all program fees are forfeited.
TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE:
We highly recommend travel insurance as well as trip cancellation insurance. For Details
Trip participants are responsible for their own well-being. This includes good health and strong
physical condition. Participants joining any trip may be required to obtain a physician's release prior to departure. Trip members are responsible for: knowing all predeparture information, preparing proper equipment and clothing, conforming to basic standards of personal hygiene (to minimize the risk of traveler’s diseases) and acting in a considerate manner toward all group members and with respect for each country’s customs. Participant also agrees to follow the appropriate Leave No Trace practices. Participants are prohibited from using illegal drugs.
